DLL Upgradibility on Windows NT07 Dec 2005 17:43 GMT2
I am attempting to run the SC.exe utility from a Winodws NT workstation.  I
receive the error "The procedure entry point ChangeServiceConfig2W could not
be located in the DLL ADVAPI32.dll."   The version on the workstation for
this DLL is 4.0.1381.281 and it does NOT in fact ...
