Has anyone found a reliable way to "PUSH" content from a WM Encoder to a WM Server? I have a reliable network and have all of the MS patches installed on the encoder. Are there any alternatives?

There are a lot of tools that allow users to download streaming files from my WMS server using rtsp:// links, most of them support multiple threads. Using them, a 3 hours file can be downloaded from WMS in just 10 minutes. Is there any way to stop it?
