In a server side playlist which is a live broadcast point,
if I pull media_1 through rtsp from an VOD publishing point
(rtsp://wms.domain/consul400/) and if this media is interrupted by
another media_2 element from a higher class of priority, even if media_1

I have an encoder encoding a stream at 300 Kbps, but I only want to
stream it to clients at 48 kbps.  Can this be done without encoding
the stream at multiple bitrates and the encoder location?

I was wondering if anyone has faced with the same issue:
We are running Win2003 Enterprise with SP1 on multiple servers.  They
all have identical configuration for the OS as well as for WMS.
However, one of the servers does not have "Advanced Fast Start" option

Ok, we have successfully set up multicasting on our network, but have an
issue.  I have been asked to have the multicast go out one NIC and have the
server pull from the encoder on another NIC.  Is this possible?

Hi all you specialist out there....
I have installed WMS on our intranet server. OUt of the box, the demo
wmv files play fine. If I go to the WMS control panel, browse to the
<default> publishing point, I can test al default installed wmv files.
