I'm wondering if there's a way to have both on the same server and have all
multimedia files streamed by WMS over port 80 instead of downloaded by IIS.
Here's what I've done so far:
1) Installed both IIS and WMS

Running Server 2003 and out of the blue, WMS stopped.  Attempts to restart
the server results in "RPC Server Unavailable".  Has anyone else run into
this error?

I'm dealing with a sattelite teleport.  They need an mpeg2 over IP video
stream.  Normally that is achieved with hardware.  Is Windows Media Server
capable of delivering such a stream?

Can media server on windows 2003 enterprise server stream multiple file types
(such as real media) as well as window media files?

I have a Windows Server 2003 SP1 server running WMS 9.0 and I am trying
to set an IP Address Authorization for a specific Publishing Point and
the restriction is not working.  Here is what I have set:

I am writing an authentication plugin to communication with my custom user
databse.  Using the reference application that came with the WMS9 SDK, I
created a .NET/C# version of the plugin.
When I go to install the plugin, though, it does not show up in the list of
