I am trying to do streaming. For this puirpose i have installed "TV tuner card" and "windows media services,windows media encoder" in seperate machine. TV tuner card is in Windows xp machine and encoder, WMS is in windows 2000 server.

Is it possible to progressively load a WMP file using MMS protocol ? I need several movies to cache on the user's hard drive....while everything else is real time streamed.... If MMS can not progressively load, I guess I need to install Apache...

Streaming on my WMP(9) was originally from EGI hosting (w/ WXP) - when I upgraded to WMP 10, I lost EGI and now have far fewer stations with MSN. How do I get EGI back? -I did not pay for EGI - it was on my WMP when I purchased the computer.
