When i try to add a server, it says that i cant add the server becaus
it cant establish a connection to the server and bcause the RPC Serve
is not available. Why does this keep happening. When it asks for th

For no apparent reason Windows Media Services has begun reporting errors and
is failing to read or edit playlist SMIL files, or serve based on their
contents.

I have developed a custom authorization plug-in. Its been registered in
WMS 9.0.
At the same time I also have registered microsoft authorization plug-in
sample.

I have setup up Windows Media Service on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
Edition we have setup up some of them for our VOD solution, and I have
some Multi Bit Rates movies (wmv files) to be used. each of them use 3
CBR like 500K, 200K and 100K.
