For the saving the outside bandwith, I want to setup a live audio proxy(mms  
protocol) via  only one connection of outside live audio station.  And all
the  other clients inside company receiving the live audio from the inside

on occasion I am getting an error when starting wmserver and can't get it to
start short of rebooting the system. Anyone know what causes it and how to
get around it without rebooting?
