I installed Media Server on my Windows 2003 Server. When
I go to start Media Services it will not START. It says
that the RPC service is not started however, RPC is
running. Error code is 214 702 4770.

I just need to deliver some videos as progressive download, no straming.
What should I do? Just put the videos in a web server?

As soon as I start the Windows Media Encoder to do a live a live broadcast
with a single compression the CPU is at 50% and more!
