My media servers keep restart 1-3 time per day. it seems
it never restart on the morning, but start at heavy load
time span.

Does anyone know how to automate a WMServer 4.1 station / program to start at a particular time. Is there an API that get access to the program. In the SDK, it looks like you have to duplicate the station and streams in WM Administrator in another piece of code. Is this the case? ...

I have a customer running a web site that streams windows media files.
The video samples stream on request.
The only problem with it. There seems to be a backwards compatbility

i use local area network (100Mbps) to communicate. i use wmencoder, wms and
wmp9. broadcasting type is multicast. i canceled bufferring from wms. there
is still 5 secs. delay. is it normal?
