I would like to configure my main DC to be the NTP server for all computers
in the domain.  At each branch I have a DC.  I would like the branch
computers to sync with the local DC and then the local DC syncs with my main
DC.

Problem is that the proxy server is not being applied in IE7 for one of the

I have a GPO which i have set for only Vista machines in 2003 GPO..
I do have a custom registry key which enables the link state setting in the
registry, so that when you elevate say Notepad, you can still access mapped
drive letters..
