I just saw a fairly ugly behavior, and I am wondering if there is a way to stop it with group policy. I logged in to the console of a computer in a domain as the local administrator. I then forgot I was in that context and opened up Explorer and typed into the address bar:

I am trying to block extension file as .AVI, using a software restriction policy. I have tried a path Rule for blocking TXT files. It is OK. I have done exactly the same rule for AVI files. Il doesn't work.
