I am attempting to deploy the entire MS Office 2007 Pro-Plus Suite via a GPO
on a Windows 2003 domain.
The clients I am attempting to deploy to currently have MS Office 2003
installed I would like this uninstalled and then MS Office 2007 installed in

I have a win2k3 DC and a bunch of Vista clients.
I'm trying to disable offline files via group policy by disabling Computer
config -> Admin Templates -> Network -> Offline files -> Allow or disallow
use of offline files features.

I am looking for a way to prevent the user name of the currently

Hi all, this is a totally open question which I can only describe the
sympoms of as our GPO guy is on leave.
We currently load an XP Pro build in a GPO restricted mode.  The user
gets no access to the desktop, my computer, windosw bar, c:\ etc.

Batch script deployed through GPO hangs at logon26 Jun 2008 15:13 GMT3
I've deployed a painfully simple batch logon script and it hangs every
time I test it.  Here are the contents of the batch script:

I downloaded the IE7 .adm templates and put them in C:\windows\inf in
place of the old inetres.adm.
I then deleted and re-linked the inetres from the GPO I was modifying
so the size would show right and the new IE7 settings would show up.
