So we have a some polices created with XP/2003.  If we search SYSVOL and
delete the ADM folders (we have no custom templates), is that identical to

Good morning and thank you for considering my problem.
I have a multi-site AD 2003 domain, with a DC at each site.  Each site is
connected by a single T1 which is shared by voice and data, so the links
