gpotool reports sysvol mismatches31 Dec 2007 22:32 GMT4
I have two DCs running 2003 R2.  I noticed that some group policy
objects were not replicating properly.  I didn't find any errors in
the event logs, so I ran gpotool.  A total of 6 out of the 20 GPOs had
sysvol mismatches.  The timestamps were seconds apart (we did have
problems publishing software install via GPO31 Dec 2007 16:53 GMT7
I'm running a Windows 2000 Server environment, and have a mix of Windows
2000 and Windows XP workstations.
I have an MSI file setup in a shared folder location, with the following
permissions: Everyone, Domain Users read, Domain Admins full control

I an setting up a new server/domain and have created some users.  I have add
a home direcotry and profile location to the user accounts.  How can I
control via GP where a user can and can not save files ?  I do not want them
to save to their desk tops or their c:\ drive.
