default domain policy is not linked and sits in the group policy objects

Can we do password policy by OU ?  We have 1 real policy where one
group of users will have to change their password every 40 days.  The
other group can have their password set to never expire.  Thanks.

We are trying to avoid multiple domains and setup multiple password
policies in a single domain.  We want our staff to have a 10 character
minimum password that changes every 40 days and students to stay the
