We are experiencing a problem with explorer.exe crashing when performing a search in the explorer. A quick fix seems to be to disable the search assistant (could be that it is depending on the Indexing service which is disabled).

We have a terminal server and have removed all by 1 instance of My Documents since we do not want users saving to the server at all.. The only way they can save or open items here is if they do a Save As or Open from any office product.
