I am writing a policy to redirect My Documents folders for multiple users.
The policy is successfully redirecting the folders. My problem is that users
are able to view and access other users My Documents on the share and I want
that restricted.

Just now migrating everybody from a workgroup environment to a Win2003
domain.
Users will be logged in as Domain Users, they will not have Local Admin

Been having some trouble with our GP.  It only enforces the policies at
compleatly random times.  Im using windows server 2003 with GPMC.  The policy
will generally work ok until there is a change, if i use the gpupdate command
from a client machine then the policy wont apply ...

I'm trying to add some URLs to users' IE Favorites using GPO (User

basically enabling the link between it and whatever OU it is assigned to?
