Is there a way to reset the local administrator password by using the GPO or
scripting. We have an AD environment where the users are no administrators.
Would a script work when you apply it through a computer bases GPO?

We have logoff scripts in our GPO to write to text file a
username,date,time,workstation for generating timesheets for the users to
save them having to fill them by hand but these are not working for many of

I've downloaded the adm templates from MS.  how do I import them to the XP
PC?  I belived I can use these adm templates to configure settings like
