how can I install Win XP over Win 2000 Pro

We have about 15 Windows 2000 member servers that need to be upgraded to
Windows 2003.  These are not our DCs!!! ... Do I just need to throw in the
Windows 2003 CD and thats it??? ... I won't lose any data if I do a live
upgrade correct???  Obviously I'll be doing this ...

I have access to three computers, 1 with 98se , 1 with xp home and 1 with
2000pro. I would like to upgrade the 98se to 2000pro. The 2000pro is a
toshiba laptop and don't have any of the installation cd-roms or disk's. I do

I try to replace my cd rom drive. Unfortunately, I tried to remove my old
drive out but it seem stuck in the case. I tried to push it but it didn't
come out. Any advice for me??
