I'm trying to upgrade a user from Win2k (with sp4) to WinXP. She has a lot of difficult to install/configure applications, and it would be 10x easier to upgrade rather than do a clean build. Here's the problem:

Alright, here it goes. I have installed Windows 2000 Pro and have installed SP4. The question is how do un-install SP4 so I can Install Win2k Datacenter SP4? Can I even upgrade to Datacenter from Win2k Pro sp3?
