I'm hoping someone can tell me what has gone wrong. When I bring up the
Control Panel I have an Administrative Tools folder. When I click on the
Administrative Folder it opens with nothing inside. I have Administrator
privileges so security shouldn't be an issue..

I am currently using Windows ME, but I've just bought an IPOD, and need
either Windows 2000 or XP to download i-tunes.
Is there a very cheap and easy way of doing this?

I have a 5 yr/ old Dell Dimension that was running ME. I an trying to upgrade
to W2K. I reformatted the drive and then attempted to boot from W2KPro CD.
Cannot boot from CD and I can;t get into BIOS to change boot sequence. I
then ran the W2k set up disks and was able to start ...
