I recently upgraded from 98 to 98se.  I am now trying to upgrade to 2000.  
The initial set-up runs ok until the first re-start.  When the machine comes
back on it just sits there idle and does not continue to set up.  Any reasons?

Quick thumbnail... 40 user network w/ older NetFrame 3100 PDC and
5100BDC - none of the scsi controllers were (are) Win2K or Win2K3
compatible. Initial effort was to use PQ's ServerMagic NT (ver3) to
CLONE over the RAID5 NT4SP6a system to a 'new' SCSI drive on a WIN2K3

i just upgraded a win98 to win2k, and now it appears that when i try to use
my dos based programs, all they do is open a black screen real fast and close
it. These programs do work on other win2k pc's, but this is the first time i
have had this issue with a 98 upgrade to win2k. ...

I am attempting to upgrade on an older computer (Pentium III) and have
encountered a problem.  After installing the keyboard, mouse, and network
configurations, my system gets to "Installing Windows 2000 Components".  
After getting a third of the way through it automatically ...
