I have a NT server as BDC in a soon-to-be-extinguished NT
domain.  I also have a separate (trusted and trusting)
Win2k AD domain.  AD is running mixed mode, but I actually
don't have any NT servers in that domain- I could convert

I am running Win2000 on a Shuttle motherboard, with an Adaptec 29160
controller.  The only IDE drive is the CD.  I have two IBM 18 GB
HDD's.  They are not the same model.  When I turn on Domain
Validation, the second drive operates at 40 MB/s, instead of 160 MB/s,

Installing Win2K on an ME machine...get a "Checking C:
Drive" message, followed by a reboot, stuck in infinite
