Can 2k pro be upgraded to server?  I get a message saying
that my 2k server install CD will not upgrade 2k pro.  
Seems to me I heard/read somewhere that Microsoft did not
allow for this upgrade path.

I just installed the Win 2K SP4. The PC restarted after
doing the download and install, it gets to the Win 2K boot
screen, shuts down and starts over again. This has been
going on for over 30 minutes. I have tried turning the PC
