Every time I try to download 5 critical updates that
windows prompts All I get is the dialog box and no
download. I have a cable connection which is fine. This is
the first time I've had a problem. I restarted my computer

I had several updates fail while updating w2k. Now when I

update them again.  What do I need to reset to get the

Everytime I logged into MSUPDATES it gives me
the "Administrators only" error message. I am not logged
in as admin i am loged in to a regular account that does
not have admin rights. it is not part of a domain either.

During the SUS installation a W3SVC Failed Start service

I need to know that if I install only service pack 4 in my
windows 2000 machine, will it cover all the updates &
patches launched before service pack 4. If yes then how to
find out how many patches are left. if no then from where

I purchased an IBM thinkpad with 2000 OS, what do I need

After the recent Critical and Security Updates were

Windows Update has stopped working on my Windows 2000 machine, whether
