I have configured group policy to lock down the terminal server on our windows 2003 server; however, if the user clicks start > then double clicks "programs" they are still able to access the explorer and "snoop" around. Does anyone know of a way to deny access to the explorer? ...

We are currently using the Canaveral New Moon system, and are running into an issue with the printers. The application that is primarily being used requires the exact name of the printer be entered into it. The clients are connecting through the web interface of New Moon.

Hi. How do I get network printers i.e. IP based to be redirect when a users is connected to a TS. I know that Win 2000 does not do that by design but are there work around for this?

I have a SBS 2000 Server (DC) and a Windows 2000 terminal server running. The TS licenses are installed on the SBS server. The Windows 2000 server sees the DC fine. The licenses were installed about 3 weeks ago after the 90-day period had expired.

I have customers who log in to Terminal Server and can see their local printers and also the printers directly installed on the TS. The problem they have is that they can't select a default printer and have it retained between TS sessions.

I have a client that when she uses our application through TS, many times in a day the TS hangs and the mouse/keyboard stops responding. The client needs to reboot their system. To begin troubleshooting what should I be looking for? Any advice is great!
