I need to use a terminal services to connect to a win 2003 server
system that is in a DMZ.  Once connected to the Win 2003 server with my
RDP client, I then need to run a citrix client on the Win 2003 server

I have a client who uses Terminal Services that normally I can connect to via
Remote Desktop.  Up until just recently everything's been fine, but in the
last few days we've been receiving this error -

We applied SP1 for Windows Server 2003 to our Terminal Server and Word,
Excel etc no longer worked (mostly opened then closed with nothing in the
Event Log) for users unless they were given Admin rights.
We have uninstalled SP1 and Office is working again.

I have tried setting the GPO setting to delete IE temporary files on exit for
our TS users but it just seems to get ignored, is there a better way to stop
our TS users from filling up their profiles with temp internet files?
