I am running Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 and would like to upgrade my RDP to RDP 5.2 to allow me to use local network printers. I am having trouble finding the Microsoft download for this upgrade. Can someone provide me with the correct link. Thanks.

I have a user with a USB printer connected directly to their laptop. They connect to a terminal server, and the printer doesn't show up. The guy at the other end thinks it's because the drivers weren't installed on the server. Sure enough, the printer now DOES show up... but ...

Since I have been trying to solve this uncompatible printer re-direction problem, something very odd has been happening. All of a sudden, all printers will disappear from all RDP sessions. I have to re-boot the server in order to get them to show up again.

I have some users that are having their terminal server screens go black after about 2 minutes of inactivity. They then have to close and reconnect. Is there anything that I can do to extend the time before the black screen hits??
