Installed office 97 on a windows 2003 terminal server. Followed microsoft's
documentation on how to install office onto terminal server. Ran the
compatibility script. Chose drive V as the drive letter.

I set up a TS server in it's own OU and am creating Group Policy for it but
for the life of me can't get the remote assistance turned off at the bottom
of the start menu.
Does anyone know how I can do that? What setting fixes that.

I have two Windows servers. A windows 2000 and a 2003 server. The
Windows 2000 server is the license server and the 2003 server is the
terminal server. I bought 15 Cals for the 2003 server and 15 Cals for
the terminal server form microsoft. I got the keys from the internet

I have two servers both  win2003. One is a terminal server.  Users
have own computers with xp pro and log onto a doman. There are three
applications on the terminal server and users can share and use  any
combination of those three apps.

I have a windows 2003 server. I have made sure that the Remote Desktop
checkbox is selected in the Computer system properties Remote Tab.
I do not see the server listening on port 3389 though when i run netstat.

My application print labels on a "Zebra" printer connected to a winXP (client).
I use a lpr/lpd communication.
If I print label 1 by 1 and I let document leave the win2003 spooler then
everything is OK. But if I throw many labels and the queue of the win2003

I would like to be able to Hotsync my palm through Terminal Services.  Does
anyone know who this can be done?  I've installed the software on the server
& can sync directly from there, but am unable to figure out doing through the

I've Win2000 SP4 with 10 CAL + 5 TSCAL.
Terminal License Server is installed, actived and TSCAL are installed.
Only 3 TSCAL (from my 5 TSCAL) was just assigned to Win NT/9X client.
10 TSCAL was just assigned to Win2000/XP Prof. client.

I am setting up a windows 2000 TS and am having some problems with printers.
I have the "printers" options selected in the "local resources" selected but
the printer does not show up in the ts session.
Do you need to have the driver installed for each client printer installed

Go a HP PSC 2710 printer-huge driver files etc to load all went well,
but near end of load insisted on rebooting on coming back up it wants
to carry on loading the software and warns that i should be in install
mode.

Is there a way to allow scripts / active x to work for users logging into a Terminal Server session for certain programs like IE without making them an Admin on the server?

I have terminal server my conexion configured in web, without greater
problems,
I have seen in the interior of default.htm, as assigning a specific
user.
