I have a customer who is running an application on his

I have a set of workstations at a remote job site trying
to connect to terminal servers at our main office.  The
remote job site uses a satellite internet connection and
Linksys router.  There are two servers at the main site -

thinking that I needed it to use remote desktop for admin.  I now know
that I do not need it.  Unfortunately, I learned this after I'm no
longer able to connect with Remote Desktop because of a lack of

I have a XP pro and trying to connect to a win 2k server terminal server. I get the message "Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also possible that the network problems are preventing your connections."
