I read in a post that you can troubleshoot disconnects by downloading and
installing the TSAC client. However, when I followed the link to the
Microsoft site, that client is no longer availabale.
What client are you supposed to download now to fix this problem?

We have a windows 2000 (SP3) Terminal Server and are allowing remote users
to log into our systems using TS sessions.
Most of these users have the 3-in-one HP printers and I am having all kinds
of problems getting them to print.

I am a support person in a small/med organization that
uses many terminal connections.  I have a user that
appears to be getting disconnected.  She says that there
is a little box coming up saying that only UserName can

We have TS users whose number pads will stop working
through the TS.  They have to physically restart their PC
to get the number pad to work again through the TS.  I
search MS KB but there was nothing.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I just installed the latest Remote Desktop Connection
interface on a Windows ME computer.  This RDC interface
replaces the old style Terminal Services client program
and is identicle to the RDC on XP Pro and Home.
