    I was wondering if it is possible to change the active partition on a
dynamic drive? Also, I was doing a defrag on one of my drives on a
different PC (not dynamic) and it died/locked up. I had to do a hard
shut down. Now my pc will not boot up. Is there anything I can do to

I have re-installed Win2000 after a hard-disk failure, have run the
update procedure and configured the Administrator's desktop, Startup
environment and Firefox browser to a desired minimal functionality.
How do I make it so that any new users that are created will have the

I recently switched on a server running win2000 server (for the first time
after the daylight savings change) and it crashed early in the startup
process, giving me a blue screen and a text message which unfortunately I
didn't record.
