I have a win2k3 file server which is also a DC.  There is a folder on it
that has 2 subfolders that I cannot access or change permissions on.  I've
tried to take ownership and also tried XCALCS with no luck.. I get access
denied.  I am an Administrator on the domain.

We currently use McAfee AntiVirus and ePO.  I have noticed that many of my

Friends,
We are using IIS ftp to backup configuration files from remote devices.  Up
until two week ago everything worked just fine.  One of our evening call
center folks complained that the remote devices failed backup.
