What is the best practice for installing patches that are not listed as
"Critical" or "Security" related?  Does Microsoft have an official stand on
this?

I recently upgraded my computer from Win98 to Win2K. Afterwards, Win2K

I am running a win2k AD domain and by default the password expiry
notification pops up 14 days before the password is due to expire.
I would like to change this to 20 days before the password is due to
