Can someone please describe why impersonation requires the impersonator to
be local admin?

I haven't posted to a newsgroup for a long long time, I've searched high and
low and cannot see an answer to this one but sorry if this has already been

We have a network of 100+ pc, which all have domain user credentials which
prevents them installing software on there pc's through group policy.
Is there anyway we can allow 1 software packages to be allowed to install on
all machines.

All User Account and Incuding the Administrator account has been
disabled.....

yesterday I activated the logging of the logins and now in the security
events I have many logins as "administrator" and as "anonymous".
I am sure that no user logged in at this time in the night.
