I know this has happened to a number of people aready, from reading
past posts, however, I have not been able to fix my problem.
I am trying to give a user in our company the ability to add pc's to
the domain.  I have tried 2 ways.  The first was to right click on

Is it through Control Panel that you disable Internet Explorer pop-ups?
Only Symantec Internet Security and Anti-virus supports this.  Maybe I am
just missing how to block pop-up through Windows.
