I am running a Windows 2000 domain. I would like to know if it is possible
to configure specific computers to run or not run an application. I do not
want this to apply to the entire domain, rather to select machines. If

In Users and Groups I have a user that is a member of the administrators
group.  However when he logs on to a a terminal server session and attempts
to run an application he gets a message that he needs to be granted Standard
User rights.
