When I put in the exact name of a file I want to search for.. it finds all the files containing the name. I am not searching in the find a file that contains text. Is there a way I can search exact file names?

I've got a problem here that I can't figure out. Sometime within the last month, some application or update has caused my computer to temporarily hang upon "Save As" operations within a variety of applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Winzip).
