I have 2 DNS servers (DCs) to replace and would like some opinions on strategy. They are AD integrated DNS. Clients are static ip configured. Domain is 2003, DNS servers are 2000 DCs, new servers are 2003 DCs. (I am upgrading the domain to 2003)

have Windows 2003 with two DC/DNS, I want to use the GPO DNS client - DNS Servers Group Policy to point some users to one DNS server. If I enable this policy for Laptop users, will this still be enforced when they go off site?.Also does the DNS setting in DHCP override setting

We have a small shop, 200 XP users, Windows 2003 AD, two DC\DNS servers. We are looking at using OpenDNS as a filtering solution and I'm told to setup the AD DNS forwarders to the OpenDNS servers, that's not a problem. What we want to do is have no filtering for our

Currently there are no records for the network printers in the DNS. What is the best way to update our DNS with all the printer names? Thanks.
