I had one domain example.com..
Previously the forwark lookup zone example.com has one host named A
with ip 10.8.2.5. I want it to edit the ip itself. But I delete the
entire record and add a new host record with name A and ip 10.6.2.5.  I

The NETLOGON service, on the PDC, and sometimes on BDCs, generates an error,
reporting it could not find ANY DNS servers, when in fact there are several,

Problem:
I am unable to surf to www.wow-europe.com/en, i can log into the

We have a W2k server that houses our dns server.  We have a web server with
Nic cards in it (10.0.1.10) and (10.0.3.10).  Both addresses are showing up
in the DNS Lookup zone for our Domain.
We have tried to delete it but it keeps coming back.

All my servers are configured with static IP addresses as a result should

I have encountered a strange problem with one of my customer's win2k
systems.  For some reason the system can't ping some computers on the
network by hostname, but it can ping the same computer by IP address.
When pinging by hostname, I get the "Unknown host" message.  I did a

I have 3 dns servers (used for failover)
For naming purposes, we'll call them server1,2 and 3
DNS has one forwarder pointing to our firewall 10.1.1.1
