DNS Server Cache28 Apr 2006 16:04 GMT4
I've been assuming that a caching server clears its cache when

servers share the IP address of 10.0.0.1 - the reason for this is so that in
the event of a failure of the main server, I take the network cable out of
the main server and plug it into the other so that ...

I'm mucking around with W2K server and can't get to my own web site
from the machine that's hosting it.  Sounds like a DNS issue, but I'm a
bit of a DNS noob and don't know where to look to fix it.
I started with a W2K server, ran dcpromo to create a single domain.
