When I run the netdiag /v /l /test:dns command on my Dc which has Active Directory Integrated DNS Installed the command passes successfully but I also have a concern that it lists a server which is non existant on my network. This is a part of the output.

I noticed that SBS 2000 is not set to scavenge records by default. Because of this, there are some DNS records in the DNS console that are from workstations that do not exist, or have been renamed. Is it a good idea to enable scavenging? I do not understand why it would be

The zone transfer tab in DNS, is it for standard primary zone or for AD integrated zone ? Does AD zone needs it, as i know AD zone will propogate to all AD dns automatically , right ? Pls advise, thanks Regards

We are running Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000 with all service packs up to date. Our Exchange server has problems connecting to some domains for mail delivery. The messages hang in the queue. attbi.com is one of the culprits.
