admins group, but still retain permissions such as having access to change
passwords, add printers, and add computers to the domain. We are currently

I have a server that use Windows 2000 Advance Server. A few weeks ago the
Security Log stop to record all entries like Log on and Log off. Is any one

I have a users doing statistics on server. The problem is because the
statistics program is 16 bit dos program that makes 100% utilisation of CPU.
I would like to limit the CPU usage for that program.
I was searching the net for limiting CPU under NTVDM but i found nothing

I would like to apply the hotfix discussed at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324446/en-us - "Terminal Server and connected
Terminal Services clients pause when a Terminal Services client logs on or
logs off" - as we are experiencing those exact issues with our Citrix server.

I want to know if it's not a good idea to open Outbound NTP through my
network. I have many CE 4.2 devices that can time sync to time.windows.com
but I'm not sure of the security ramifications. However, I really need to
make sure my CE devices have the correct time.
