installed exchange 2000, i keep getting in my application

I just noticed this morning that my win2k3 Corp Ed server had rebooted from
a bugcheck. Here is the event log:

I am having this recurring problem on a Windows 2000 Adv Server with SP4, it
reports a svchost.exe error stating a memory exception. I suspect it is a
bug or virus, can anyone help please.
