We just deployed a few HP laptops with Windows Vista, and we're experiencing
unusual behavior.  The user logs into the network without a problem, but when
the open Outlook 2003 it presents them with the login dialogue because the
account has been locked out in active directory...

The DC on my network is being rebuilt.  What is the best way to recover

Just dcpromo the original DC, remove workstations from domain and add back
to domain once it's been setup again?
