We just deployed a few HP laptops with Windows Vista, and we're experiencing
unusual behavior.  The user logs into the network without a problem, but when
the open Outlook 2003 it presents them with the login dialogue because the
account has been locked out in active directory...

Is there a way to prevent laptop users from login into locally from their
previous caches? I don't want users to connect without a VPN connection.
