I'm setting up the hardware for a small home office.  The plan is to run
Hyper-V server with several small server clients.  To ensure maximum speed
I'm considering installing it on a SSD.  Specifically a Crucial SATA 6G SSD
(256MB) controlled via an ASUS U3S6 controller.

I have a dell 2950 host running 2005 virtual server with all windows updates.
I have moved one guest to this new host and when I start it, the host drops

I just installed Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 onto a local SCSI drive. I have a
large RAID in the box using an Areca RAID card where I store all my files,
including VMs. I loaded its driver during install, so Hyper-V can see the
