I've a VS 2003 hosted on Server 2003 R2. My VS has 3 virtual disks C,D,E. I try to increase the size of C and E. The bigest issue is for the system disk C. Is it possible and how can I do that?

How can we make full use of our CPUs resources. We have the Host system running on a dual core CPU and are aware from Task Manager/Resource Allocation window that the full capability of the CPU is not being used. We have installed SP1 2005 R2 SP1.
