I have a W2K3 server with VS 2005 R2 running a single VM. This one has 2Gb
RAM  and Windows XP SP2 as the OS. I didn't change the Resource Allocation
properties of VS.

I have two physical machines that host a total of three VMs. None of
the VMs can be pinged or accessed via the network. However, the VMs
can ping any machine that isn't a VM. A bit like a one way mirror. I
