I have read the Microsoft documentation on licencing for virtual environments
but remain confused about the SQL server licencing.  It is clear that to be
able to move an exchange VM between hosts you need to buy a licence for each

I am running Vista under VS 2005 R2 (Host is WXP Pro) and the performance of
Vista is terrible.  The host is a P4, 3.0 GHz with 4 GB of RAM.  1.5 GB of
RAM is dedicated to Vista.  Multiple WXP Pro systems runs fine as Guests OS
under VS.

I've been looking for an ISP to host my web site using Virtual Server.  I
already have my .vhd file created and ready to go and I just want to send the
