What is the best way to transfer a guest VM to a new V2 server? I've heard there were tools to accomplish this and something about 128mb per 10 seconds. What are they talking about??

Just installed Windows Vista Build 5308 (Beta 2) on VS 2005 R2 virtual machine with 1 Gb RAM, VHD on a separate drive, no other VMs running. For some reason it's dreadfully slow! Has anyone seen this and knows of a fix?
